JV baseball tryouts

All students interested in playing JV Baseball…Tryouts start on Monday, November 11th at 3:00 pm at the baseball field unless you are currently participating in another sport for Campbell High School.

The following documents need to be turned into the athletic trainers and cleared prior to participating: 

- Physical Examination 

- Concussion Management Program Form

- Parent Consent/Assumption of Risk Release Form
